What you'll be doing: Reviewing and verifying orders for long term care residents across the facilities the site serves Working with nursing staff and prescribers to resolve therapy questions, dosing queries and urgent requests Overseeing technicians on shift and keeping the evening workflow moving cleanly Clinical checks — interactions, duplications, dose appropriateness — with the time and quiet to do them properly Working with automated dispensing and pharmacy technology that takes the repetitive work off your plate The business A long term care pharmacy group that has been running for over 20 years and now serves hundreds of thousands of residents a year across close to twenty states.
