This per diem position provides essential pharmacy support within a small hospital setting, ensuring high-quality medication management and patient care.

Radcliff, KY Schedule:

October 12th to October 16th Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:30

PM Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders promptly and accurately Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure safe and effective medication use Provide consultative support on pharmaceutical care within the hospital and skilled nursing facility Utilize Cerner and MedDispense systems for medication management and documentation Support daily pharmacy operations with a focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance

Desired Qualifications:

Current Kentucky pharmacist license Experience in a hospital setting preferred, ideally within a critical access environment Strong communication skills for effective interdisciplinary collaboration Competent with pharmacy IT systems and medication dispensing technology This role is well-suited for a licensed pharmacist seeking per diem work in a clinical environment without on-call responsibilities.
