Job Summary Join our friendly, dedicated team at Glenn's Pharmacies as a Pharmacist, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care through expert medication management and clinical pharmacy services. In this position, you will utilize your extensive knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, and drug regulation to ensure safe, effective, and compliant medication therapy. This paid role offers an exciting opportunity to practice as a pharmacist in a fast-paced, independent pharmacy committed to excellence and innovation. Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately while adhering to pharmaceutical regulatory compliance standards and policies. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medication reconciliation and evaluation of pharmacotherapeutics to optimize therapy outcomes. oversight and management of Pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy staff Collaborate with healthcare providers Provide clinical pharmacy services including but not limited to; POCT, RPM, care planning, immunizations, medication therapy management, Medicare plan review Utilize Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems to document patient interaction Experience Prior practicing as a licensed pharmacist in the state of KY Extensive knowledge of pharmacology, physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and drug regulation practices. Hands-on experience with Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS), EMR/EHR platforms Strong commitment to patient assessment, safety standards, aseptic technique, and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance ensures the highest quality of care.
