Ensure safe and effective pharmacologic therapy by reviewing medication orders and monitoring patient outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication regimens for inpatients. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies. Assist in managing inventory and restocking to ensure uninterrupted pharmacy services. Provide education and counseling to healthcare professionals and patients regarding drug therapies.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current pharmacist license in the state of Kentucky. Proven experience in hospital inpatient pharmacy practice. Strong knowledge of hospital formulary management, medication safety, and clinical pharmacy services. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
