Up to $140,000/year Clinical Pharmacist | Pineville, LA Are you a hospital pharmacist who wants to be part of the care team, not just behind the counter? This Central Louisiana role puts you on rounds, working directly with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to make sure every patient gets safe, effective medication therapy. What You'll Do Review and verify medication orders, checking dosing, allergies, interactions, and contraindications Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and make clinical recommendations to the care team Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds, including chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition Manage controlled substances and required documentation Identify and report adverse drug reactions Educate patients, families, and clinical staff on medications Supervise and support pharmacy technicians Contribute to quality improvement, medication-use reviews, and audits What We're Looking For PharmD or BS in Pharmacy Active pharmacist license (Louisiana license or ability to obtain) Hospital pharmacy experience preferred Working knowledge of renal dosing, pharmacokinetics, and anticoagulation Sterile compounding experience preferred; chemo and TPN experience a plus Strong attention to detail and a commitment to medication safety Clear communicator who works well in a fast-paced team Interested?
