Job Summary As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical care within our healthcare facility. You will lead a dynamic team, managing pharmacy operations while providing exceptional patient service. Your expertise will be crucial in medication management, and patient assessment. Lead and mentor pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient care and professional growth. Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop tailored medication plans and provide critical care support. Manage inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of medications while minimizing waste. Utilize pharmacy software to maintain accurate patient records and streamline workflows. Stay current with advancements in pharmacology, medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology to enhance clinical decision-making. Basic qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) degree from an accredited institution.
