Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. . As a Staff Pharmacist, you will be responsible for ensuring safe medication dispensing, providing expert patient care, and supporting the overall health outcomes of our diverse patient population. Duties Dispense prescriptions accurately while ensuring compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory standards. Provide expert consultation on medication therapy management, including medication reconciliation and patient assessment. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans, especially in critical care, pediatrics, and acute care settings. Manage inventory control, including compounding medications and maintaining proper stock levels of pharmaceuticals. Utilize pharmacy software, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems efficiently for documentation and communication. Support pharmacy technicians by overseeing workflow, training staff, and ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Participate in medical management initiatives such as pain management protocols and medication administration reviews. Maintain proficiency in anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and pharmacology to support accurate clinical decision-making.

Requirements Valid pharmacist license in good standing with relevant state board requirements. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and pharmacology principles. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards. Excellent communication skills Previous experience working with pharmacy technicians or supporting staff is advantageous. Pay:
$58.00 - $65.00 per hour
