2 POSITIONS

•Experience needed: hospital pharmacy experience is a plus. Experience in treating 17 bed ICU, we have cardiac cath lab, an emergency department that stays busy, an inpatient behavioral health unit and we do lots of orthopedic surgery. Shift can vary and can be 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts depending on the day. Shifts options are 7AM-3:30PM, 8AM-4:30PM, 1PM-9PM, 2PM-10PM, 7AM-5PM, 11AM-9PM, 12 noon -10PM, 7AM-7PM or 8AM-8PM

REQUIRED

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications Pharmacy state licensure required (LA license required) BLS via AHA required ACLS via AHA (preferred)

Weekend Requirement:

Rotating weekends

Summary:

All pharmacists fill orders for drugs, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information. Pharmacists provide pharmacy services with compassion, excellence, and efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Education/Skills Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required Experience Hospital experience Required Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications LA Pharmacy state licensure required BLS or ACLS is required (ACLS preferred)

Pay:

$90.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
