What we ask of you:
- Accurately process and verify prescriptions in accordance with state and federal laws, ethical standards, and company policies
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable counseling to patients about prescription and over-the-counter medications
- Serve as a trusted connection between patients, healthcare providers, and your local community
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of patient and company information
- Support and contribute to pharmacy growth initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
- Administer immunizations and provide other health services as permitted by state law
- Coach, mentor, and support pharmacy technicians and team members in delivering excellent service
- Collaborate with store and pharmacy leadership to achieve operational goals What you bring to the table:
- Degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
- Active pharmacist license and immunization certification in good standing with the state board
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Comprehensive understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations
- Strong communication , leadership, and customer service skills
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and community care
