Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to support a hospital setting in Boston, MA. This role requires a licensed pharmacist ready to take on inpatient pharmacy responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Responsibilities include:
Dispensing and distributing medications for inpatient care Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use Monitoring patient medication therapies and adjusting as necessary Maintaining accurate records and documentation Supporting hospital pharmacy operations and compliance requirements Desired qualifications: Massachusetts Pharmacist license (required) Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred Experience with EPIC electronic health records system is ideal Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
