Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A healthcare facility specializing in long-term care is seeking a dependable Evening Shift Pharmacist to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a closed-door LTC setting with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in medication management.
Location:
Foxborough, Massachusetts Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct initial and final medication reviews using the Frameworks software system (training provided) Oversee pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth workflow Accurately dispense medications to meet patients' needs Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and safety protocols
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Current and active Massachusetts Pharmacist license required Pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment processing approximately 600 prescriptions daily Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Working in this role offers the chance to contribute directly to patient care within a supportive and focused LTC pharmacy setting.
