Conroy Apothecary, a 35 year family-owned retail pharmacy is seeking a motivated, team oriented, full time Pharmacist to join their team on Martha's Vineyard in Massachusetts. This is an integral role in the pharmacy team and also in the community. Excellent customer service skills, a sense of urgency and a team player attitude is essential for this role.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Degree in Pharmacy required (B.S. or PharmD). Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Massachusetts Immunization Certification required

SKILLS/ABILITIES

Superb customer communication skills. Working knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft office, Access, Excel, and Word Detail oriented with ability to prioritize work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify prescription completeness and accuracy of all new and refills completed by technician staff. Provide excellent customer service to patients and answer any and all questions regarding all medications and overall health. Assist in maintaining a perpetual inventory for schedule II drugs. Knowledge of DEA and state law with regards to controlled drug dispensing. Provide summer, weekend, and holiday coverage during scheduled rotation and as required.
