Role:
The Clinical Pharmacist at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland works at the center of in-patient interdisciplinary care, collaborating directly with prescribers and mentoring pharmacy support staff within a 483-bed hospital setting that provides a full range of medical, surgical, and specialty services.

Responsibilities:
Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, perform medication order verification and computer entry in the pharmacy information system Provide clinical consultation to physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on drug selection, dosing, and interactions Identify, recommend, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems through direct interventions with prescribers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) required Current Registered Pharmacist licensure in the State of Maryland required New graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply; inpatient or hospital pharmacy experience preferred for experienced candidates
