Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem Per Diem retail pharmacist opportunity supporting multiple federally qualified health center (FQHC) pharmacies across the Baltimore area. This role requires flexibility to float among several sites, providing essential outpatient pharmacy services in vibrant community settings. Locations you'll serve include: Highlandtown, Baltimore, MD Belair, Baltimore, MD St. Agnes, Baltimore, MD Rosedale, MD Yard 56,
Baltimore, MD Schedule & Hours:
Per Diem, 1-2 days per week as needed Day shifts, Monday through
Saturday Key Responsibilities:
Manage pharmacy technicians and oversee daily pharmacy operations Dispense medications and provide personalized patient counseling Administer vaccines and immunizations to patients Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations consistent with hospital-level standards Use pharmacy software (ScriptPro); training provided if needed
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Minimum of 2 years recent retail pharmacy experience in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of 340B drug pricing program highly preferred Spanish language skills are a strong plus to support diverse patient populations This position requires readiness for comprehensive health screenings, reflecting strict compliance protocols. Orientation and start dates are ASAP.
