Key Responsibilities:
Process and accurately dispense prescriptions while maintaining confidentiality and proper documentation. Deliver expert advice to support customer health needs and develop actionable plans for service improvement. Build relationships with stakeholders, identify business needs, monitor progress, and adapt to organizational changes. Model and enforce customer service standards, ensuring issues are resolved effectively. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and safety protocols through monitoring, audits, and implementing improvement measures. Maintain patient safety and quality care by counseling, documenting, and analyzing areas for improvement. Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with an active pharmacy license. Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program. Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
