Hours Requirements:

• Michigan Pharmacist License
• Michigan Controlled Substance License
• AHA BLS
• Inpatient Pharmacist experience required
• Order Entry & Order Verification
• Medication Dispensing & Compounding
• Pyxis experience preferred
• Paragon experience preferred
• Comfortable supervising Pharmacy Technicians
• ER/ICU/Inpatient/Infusion/Oncology pharmacy experience preferred

Call:

7 nights every 3 weeks
