Northland Foods is dedicated to providing exceptional service and quality products to our community. We are currently seeking a part-time pharmacist to join our team who is passionate about patient care and committed to excellence.
Position Overview:
The part-time pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, counseling patients, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with our healthcare and grocery teams to deliver outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately dispense prescription medications and verify prescription information Provide professional advice and counseling to customers on prescriptions and over-the-counter medications Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Maintain accurate records and perform regular inventory checks Coordinate with store management and staff to ensure efficient pharmacy operations Promote health and wellness through patient education
Qualifications:
Current and valid pharmacist license in [State] Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution Previous retail or community pharmacy experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
