Pharmacist Job Description We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a high-volume telehealth pharmacy operation. This fully onsite role focuses exclusively on prescription verification within a streamlined, production-driven environment. Pharmacists in this position review and verify telehealth prescriptions efficiently and accurately, supporting a large volume of daily orders. This is an ideal opportunity for pharmacists who prefer a non-patient-facing role with consistent workflows and minimal interruptions. Responsibilities Review and verify high volumes of telehealth prescriptions for accuracy and compliance. Ensure prescriptions meet applicable regulatory, legal, and company requirements. Accurately validate medication orders, dosing, and patient information. Maintain productivity and quality standards within a fast-paced verification environment. Collaborate with internal pharmacy operations teams as needed to support workflow efficiency. Document and resolve prescription discrepancies in accordance with established procedures. The position offers standard hours without the customer-facing responsibilities typically found in retail pharmacy. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Troy, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $63.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
