Job Description Role Overview As a Pharmacist, you will assume responsibility for day-to-day comprehensive, patient-oriented pharmacy services during your shift. You'll work under the direction of administrative or clinical coordinators, providing supervision to supportive staff and ensuring sound clinical judgment in decision-making. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of care and contributing to the development of improved patient services. What You Will Do Provide comprehensive, patient-oriented pharmacy services during your shift. Exercise sound management and clinical judgment in decision-making. Assist coordinators in identifying and resolving problems in your assigned area. Participate in training pharmacy interns and externs in various service areas. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Michigan (must obtain within 30 days of hire if eligible). Demonstrated acumen in verbal and written communication skills. Thorough understanding of pathophysiology and pharmacotherapy of disease states. Ability to participate in teaching programs and provide instruction to students and healthcare providers.
