Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive long-term care pharmacy duties including medication management and review Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication therapy for patients Manage specialty medications and provide clinical expertise in this area Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols Provide patient counseling and support immunization efforts

Desired Qualifications:
