Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A specialty pharmacy seeks an experienced Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a long-term care setting. This contract role, based in Bemidji, MN, offers an opportunity to contribute to specialized patient care over a 13+ week duration. The position requires availability for a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some weekends included.

Responsibilities:

Manage medication dispensing and review for long-term care patients Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management (MTM) Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safe medication practices Administer immunizations as required Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

PharmD degree preferred or equivalent clinical experience Immunization Certification required Current CPR Certification Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) strongly preferred Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and long-term care pharmacy practices Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
