Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a skilled Pharmacist to work in a specialty pharmacy setting in Cold Spring, MN. This contract position offers an ongoing assignment with a weekend-focused schedule, ideal for professionals seeking to utilize their expertise in long term care and retail pharmacy services.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmacy services in a specialty pharmacy environment Manage medication therapy for long-term care and retail patients Ensure accuracy in dispensing medications and counsel patients effectively Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays, 8:30 AM to 5:30
PM Qualifications:
PharmD degree or equivalent pharmacy education Immunization certification required CPR certification required Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred Experience in long term care and retail pharmacy processes Strong communication skills and attention to detail Working in this role offers the chance to focus clinical skills during weekend hours in a specialty pharmacy environment, supporting patient care with precision and professionalism.
