As a Staff Pharmacist at Walmart, you'll deliver safe, accurate medication dispensing and patient-centered care in a high-volume retail setting. You'll counsel customers on prescriptions, over-the-counter therapies, and immunizations while ensuring full compliance with pharmacy laws and Walmart policies. Partnering with pharmacy technicians and store leaders, you'll manage workflow, verify orders, oversee inventory, and maintain quality and safety standards.
