- Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem Step into a dynamic role within a specialty pharmacy located in Milaca, MN, offering a blend of retail and long-term care pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care in both retail and long-term care settings. Execute Long Term Care Pharmacist duties, including medication management, patient counseling, and collaboration with healthcare teams. Ensure accurate dispensing and proper handling of medications tailored to specialized patient populations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pharmacy practices and compliance regulations.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Holds a PharmD degree or MTM certification. Certified in immunization administration. Possesses current CPR certification. Demonstrates strong communication skills and attention to detail. Capable of working independently during scheduled shifts.Location:
