Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current CCC-SLP certification (Certificate of Clinical Competence) Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP licensure in Minnesota Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred Solid understanding of IEP process, documentation, and progress tracking Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with educators, families, and students Ability to adapt therapy approaches for a diverse elementary student population

Responsibilities:
