Responsibilities Provide comprehensive long-term care pharmacy services across assigned facilities. Review and verify medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and regulatory compliance. Conduct medication therapy management and drug regimen reviews for LTC residents. Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and healthcare providers to optimize resident medication regimens.s Ensure full compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and LTC standards. Support the daily workflow and operations of the pharmacy system Experience Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred Retail or community pharmacy experience also considered for the right candidate.
