Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A specialty pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist to provide expert pharmaceutical care for both retail and long-term care settings on a per diem basis in Milaca, MN.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver comprehensive medication management and support patient health outcomes through a blend of responsibilities tailored to specialized pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

Perform long-term care pharmacist duties, ensuring medication accuracy, safety, and patient compliance Manage retail pharmacy functions including dispensing and counseling patients on prescriptions Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance Provide immunization services and other patient health interventions as required
