PM Responsibilities:
Perform a mix of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties. Manage and dispense medications in compliance with specialty pharmacy standards. Provide long-term care pharmacist services, ensuring appropriate medication management. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Desired Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacist with a PharmD or equivalent professional degree. Certification in Immunization. Current CPR Certification. MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication skills for patient and provider interactions.
