Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract Join a specialty pharmacy team providing expert long-term care pharmacist services in Saint Peter, MN. This contract opportunity offers a meaningful role in a collaborative setting, working 24 to 40 hours per week with a schedule primarily Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with occasional weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage long-term care pharmacy operations with precision and care Provide medication therapy management tailored to patient needs Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes Educate patients on medication use and immunization benefits
Desired Qualifications:
PharmD degree or Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification Immunization certification CPR certification Experience in long-term care pharmacy practices Strong communication and organizational skills
Contract Duration:
Minimum of 13 weeks with potential for extension.
