Job Description
Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a licensed Pharmacist to join the pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will be licensed in Missouri, have MTM certification if not PharmD, and have previous hospital pharmacy experience. The Pharmacy team serves our rural community through hospital, clinic, and long-term care settings. The team collaborates daily with physicians, nurses, and other teams A typical day will include: compounding and dispensing medications to fill orders and prescription requests by physicians and other qualified prescribers, ensuring safe and efficient medication distribution throughout the organization and providing clinical and drug information for physicians, nurses, and patients. You will perform medication reconciliation to enhance medication safety and decrease potential drug-related problems due to inaccurate information. You will also have the opportunity to train staff and conduct orientation.
