This critical role requires a pharmacy professional to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure safe, efficient medication distribution while the organization seeks a permanent hire. The assignment begins April 29 with a two-day cross-training period, transitioning to independent coverage by May 1. Responsibilities include managing daily pharmacy workflow, supervising medication repackaging, loading medications into automated systems, and running restock reports. The pharmacist will serve as the medication safety and compliance lead while supporting the healthcare team in this specialized behavioral health setting. Ideal candidates will hold an active Missouri pharmacist license and possess experience with Omnicell systems. Familiarity with repackaging medications using Milt, Medi-dose, or HCL tools is highly preferred, along with general skills in automated drug management. Strong organizational and leadership abilities are essential to thrive in this interim leadership position.

Shift details:
