Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract A healthcare facility in St Charles, MO, is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to provide staff coverage in an inpatient behavioral health setting. This contract position plays a vital role in ensuring safe and effective medication management for patients during the specified coverage dates.

Behavioral Health Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (includes 30-minute unpaid meal break)
Assignment Dates:
August 6, 7, and August 10 through 14 Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions and protocols Perform medication repackaging using Milt/Medi-dose or HCL systems Manage and restock automated medication machines, including running restock reports Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and facility policies Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmaceutical care Qualifications Current Missouri pharmacist license required Experience with Omnicell automated medication systems preferred Skilled in medication repackaging processes such as Milt, Medi-dose, or HCL Basic knowledge of automated drug dispensing machines and inventory management Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently within a clinical team This is a contract role suited for pharmacists comfortable with inpatient behavioral health environments and looking for short-term assignments.
