This contract role offers a 13-week assignment with the possibility to transition to a permanent position.

Schedule:

12:00 noon to 10:30 pm shifts 7 days on, 7 days off (Wednesday to Tuesday rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders efficiently and accurately Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth operations Participate in pharmacokinetic evaluations Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy Perform general staffing duties within the pharmacy department

Preferred Qualifications:

Current Missouri pharmacist license Experience in hospital pharmacy settings, familiar with inpatient workflows Proficiency with EPIC and Omnicell pharmacy systems is a plus This role suits a pharmacist comfortable working independently during evening hours, highly organized, and dedicated to patient-centered care.
