Staff Pharmacist - St. Louis, MO (Direct Hire) RPh on the Go is seeking Staff Pharmacists for a direct-hire opportunity with a centralized pharmacy operation in St. Louis, MO. This is a great opportunity for pharmacists interested in working in a high-volume, closed-door fulfillment environment while providing direct patient support and clinical services.

Term of Assignment:

Direct-Hire Schedule:

Monday - Friday, with a rotating schedule between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM.

Job Duties:

Provide proactive patient counseling and medication education by phone, including questions about new prescriptions, refills, side effects, adherence, and proper medication use Collaborate with prescribers and their offices to clarify prescriptions and resolve clinical issues that could delay dispensing Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness, drug interactions, contraindications, and dosing accuracy Perform pharmacist verification of filled prescriptions in a high-volume closed-door fulfillment environment, ensuring accuracy of drug, dose, quantity, and labeling before dispensing Assist pharmacy management staff with receiving, processing, and transferring prescriptions while owning the transfer process from start to finish

Requirements:

Clear and active Missouri pharmacist license Pharmacist experience preferred in retail, mail order, or specialty pharmacy New graduates will be considered
