Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Per Diem A Per Diem Pharmacist opportunity is available at a veterinary pharmacy in West Point, MS. This role offers flexible hours for those seeking supplemental work in a low-volume vet pharmacy environment. Scheduled shifts are July 14, 15, and 16, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., providing a balanced workday.
Responsibilities:
Perform typical retail pharmacy duties, including prescription verification, dispensing, and patient counseling Ensure accurate medication preparation and adherence to pharmacy laws and regulations Provide excellent customer service in a veterinary pharmacy setting Collaborate with veterinary professionals to support patient care
Qualifications:
MS pharmacist license required Minimum of 1+ years recent pharmacy experience, retail or veterinary preferred Strong knowledge of pharmacy practices and medication dispensing Ability to work independently during assigned shifts Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
