Job Description
Reports to
- General Manager Responsibilities
- Create and maintain a welcoming and hospitable environment for all guests
- Greet and check in all guests
- Understand and do your best to meet all guest special requests & preferences
- Manage a dining schedule for the kitchen staff
- Ensure all hospitality related tasks in the lodge are taken care of each day
- Work with the Reservations Specialist to customize corporate events and meetings
- Set up and manage bar at the lodge and Kathy's Hill
- Plan and execute special events (dove day, shooting tournaments, dining events, etc.)
- Manage pro shop (purchasing, inventory, and sales)
- Manage and maintain bar inventory
- Manage and maintain cigar inventory
- Be confident and accurate about all services and amenities that Prairie Wildlife has to offer
- Communicate with all staff any details and special needs for guests
- Manage email and print marketing materials
- Maintain clear communication between staff and guests
- Manage and schedule inside and outside Hospitality staff (servers, bartenders, musicians, vendors, etc.)
- Ensure each department knows what is expected before a guest arrives and follows through during their stay. (apps, cocktails, shooting times, tours, etc.)

- Work with the reservations specialist to ensure all details and needs of guests of Prairie Wildlife are understood and prepared for. Greet each guest at check in and work with them throughout their trip to ensure that they have the best experience possible. Your primary focus is to enhance the hospitality experience at Prairie Wildlife, from the pro shop to the dining, to the evening events. Hours
