Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy services in a retail setting in Cut Bank, Montana. This contract assignment is scheduled to start as soon as possible and lasts for approximately eight weeks, with potential for extension. The role offers first-shift hours, working from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately while ensuring safe and efficient delivery to customers. Counsel patients on their medications and treatment regimens to promote proper usage and adherence. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and according to policy. Maintain accurate stock, controlled substance records, and overall inventory management. Resolve patient issues and work to clarify insurance and third-party coverage matters.
Qualifications:
Active and clear Montana Pharmacist License is required. Minimum of one year of recent pharmacy experience. Familiarity with PioneerRx pharmacy software preferred. Ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on site. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Cut Bank, Montana Shifts and Schedule:
First shift: 9:00am to 6:00pm Approximately 100 prescriptions processed daily This position offers the chance to assume full responsibility for pharmacy operations and to make a positive impact on patient care in the community.
