Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opening is for a Staff Pharmacist position based in Oilmont, MT, with an 8-week travel assignment in Cut Bank, Montana. The role requires immediate availability and will run through the end of August, with potential extension.

PM Responsibilities:
Dispense medications safely and efficiently, ensuring proper delivery to all customers. Counsel and advise patients on their medication therapies and regimens. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints following organizational policies. Maintain accurate stock and controlled drug records and inventories. Resolve patient-related issues and clarify third-party insurance coverage as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
Active and clear Montana Pharmacist License. Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience. Comfortable working independently as the sole pharmacist in the pharmacy. Proficient with PioneerRx pharmacy software.
Additional Information:
Expected script volume of approximately 100 prescriptions per day. This is a contract opportunity requiring availability by July 1. Location flexibility for the travel assignment to Cut Bank, Montana. This contract assignment offers a unique opportunity to manage pharmacy operations independently in a welcoming community setting.
