Week Contract-to-Hire Schedule:

Full-Time | 40 Hours Weekly A growing compounding pharmacy in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This is an excellent role for an experienced pharmacist or a new graduate interested in building a career in compounding pharmacy. The client is willing to train pharmacists and provide hands-on experience in both sterile and non-sterile compounding.

Schedule Monday-Friday:

9:00 AM - 7:00 PM Every 3rd

Saturday:

10:00 AM - 3:00 PM 30-minute lunch break Responsibilities Prepare and dispense compounded sterile and non-sterile medications Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with USP 795, 797, and 800 standards Consult with patients and healthcare providers regarding medications and therapies Maintain patient records and manage pharmacy inventory Assist with pharmacy workflow and support pharmacy technicians Process approximately 75-80 compounded prescriptions daily Qualifications Active North Carolina Pharmacist license 1-2 years of pharmacy experience preferred New graduates with an interest in compounding are encouraged to apply Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 guidelines preferred Retail pharmacy experience is a plus Willingness to learn pharmacy software systems (training provided) Why Join Us?
