Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A pharmacy operation in Greensboro, NC, requires an experienced Infusion Pharmacist for a contract assignment with potential for long-term placement or permanent hire. Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders for infusion therapies, ensuring accuracy and safety Oversee preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications in compliance with USP and standards Provide clinical support and comprehensive drug information to staff and patients Collaborate effectively with the pharmacy team to maintain smooth workflow and uphold patient safety Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications:
Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing Recent experience in infusion or home infusion pharmacy practice Strong expertise in sterile compounding practices Thorough knowledge of USP and guidelines Capacity to work independently, demonstrate adaptability, and respond efficiently in a dynamic environment
Schedule:
