D•trained Clinical Pharmacist to provide locum tenens coverage at a Community Health Center in Windsor, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity to join an experienced outpatient pharmacy team serving a rural community in a collaborative primary care setting.

PM Coverage Needed:
2-3 days per week Position Highlights Outpatient Community Health Center pharmacy Collaborative multidisciplinary practice Experienced pharmacy technician providing daily operational support Pharmacy utilizes PioneerRx electronic pharmacy management system No immunization responsibilities (vaccinations are administered by clinic nursing staff) Opportunity to serve a rural and underserved patient population Responsibilities Review and dispense prescription medications Provide medication counseling and patient education Monitor medication therapy for safety and effectiveness Collaborate with primary care providers on medication management Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations Support efficient pharmacy operations and quality patient care Preferred Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.
