Our healthcare partner is seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join their team in a rural location, providing essential support to various departments including ICU, Labor and Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and the Emergency Department. As an inpatient pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing pharmaceutical care to patients in a hospital setting Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy Managing and dispensing medications using Meditech and Omnicell systems Working independently, especially during weekend rotations Supporting critical access hospital operations To be successful in this role, you should have: Need 2 years experience in setting Current hospital experience (2-5 years preferred) Active American Heart Association BLS certification New Hampshire State Pharmacist License (must apply upon offer acceptance) Experience with Meditech and Omnicell systems preferred Ability to work independently and manage weekend shifts Own transportation and willingness to work in a rural location Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
