Pharmacist Position Summary Responsibilities of the pharmacist include compliance with all policies, procedures and standards of the facility. Responsible for medication order entry into the pharmacy information system. Verify and check finished products. Compound pharmaceutical products as needed. Pharmacist Position Requirements Maryland State Pharmacist license. Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred.
