Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A travel pharmacist opportunity is available in Berlin, NH, offering the chance to support a rural inpatient facility known for its diverse patient care areas, including ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department. This contract role begins ASAP, providing a dynamic environment for an experienced pharmacist eager to work independently and contribute significantly to patient care within a team-oriented setting.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 AM to 4:30/5:00 PM, 40 hours/week Rotating weekends: every 3rd weekend, Saturday/Sunday 8:00 AM to 1:00
PM Responsibilities:
Manage inpatient medication distribution and administration using Meditech and Omnicell systems Provide pharmaceutical care in support of ICU, Labor & Delivery, Medical/Surgical, and Emergency Department units Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use Function independently during weekend shifts, ensuring continuous pharmaceutical support
Desired Experience:
Minimum 2 years of previous hospital pharmacy experience Comfortable working autonomously, especially during weekend shifts Familiarity with Meditech preferred; experience with Omnicell is an advantage Licensed or eligible for a temporary pharmacist license in
