Approximately 15-25 hours per week About the Opportunity We're looking for an energetic, personable pharmacist to join our independent community pharmacy team. This is a great opportunity for a experienced or newer pharmacist who wants to build real-world experience in a supportive environment without the corporate feel of a large chain. You'll have the opportunity to actually get to know your patients, use your clinical knowledge, and have a voice in how the pharmacy operates. What You'll Do Provide friendly, knowledgeable pharmacist counseling and patient care Review and accurately dispense prescriptions Perform DUR and identify potential drug interactions or therapy concerns Communicate with physicians and other healthcare providers Administer vaccines and other pharmacist-authorized services Help patients understand their medications and improve adherence Work closely with technicians and pharmacy staff to keep workflow efficient Assist with prescription transfers, insurance issues, and day-to-day pharmacy operations Help us continue improving the patient experience and growing the pharmacy We're looking for someone who is: PharmD graduate with an active or eligible New Jersey Pharmacist License Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with patients Reliable and able to work independently Organized and efficient during busy periods Comfortable with technology and learning new pharmacy systems Interested in growing their skills beyond simply filling prescriptions A team player who brings a positive attitude to work New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Why You'll Like Working Here Independent pharmacy without the corporate pressure.
