Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services within a dynamic healthcare environment. This contract role offers a chance to apply your clinical expertise in medication management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team focused on patient care excellence.
Location:
Jersey City, NJ Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate; local applicants within 50 miles will not be considered First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Schedule:
Shift:
7:00 AM to 3:30
PM Contract Duration:
13 weeks, starting 9/8
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical pharmacy services focused on inpatient care Participate in medication therapy management and monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC, to document and manage patient medication records Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and guidelines
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system Strong communication and problem-solving skills Licensed pharmacist capable of working independently in a clinical setting This contract role offers a structured schedule and the chance to grow your skills in a respected healthcare facility.
