In this role, you will ensure our operations align strictly with New Jersey Administrative Codes 8:111 and 10:161B and meet the rigorous accreditation standards for the CARF Behavioral Health & Opioid Treatment Program. The ideal candidate will balance a sharp eye for detail during physical plant inspections with clinical expertise during quarterly client record reviews. You will be directly responsible for auditing individual medication receptacles, verifying complex multi-point labeling requirements, and educating our staff on safe administration and self-administration protocols. Clinically, you will play a critical role in client safety by evaluating the appropriateness, efficacy, and dosage of client drug regimens while proactively auditing records for drug-to-drug interactions, contraindications, and therapeutic duplication.
