Job Overview White Oak Pharmacy is seeking a reliable, patient-focused Staff Pharmacist to join our tight-knit, independent pharmacy team in Nutley, NJ . Responsibilities Accurately fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions Counsel patients on prescription and OTC medications Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Oversee and support pharmacy technicians Manage inventory and daily pharmacy operations Administer immunizations (flu, shingles, COVID, etc.) Follow up on prior authorizations and provider communications Collaborate with healthcare providers in acute care settings to develop treatment plans. Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff in daily operations. Stay current with advancements in clinical pharmacy practices and participate in continuing education. Promote a positive patient experience through clear, compassionate care Requirements Active NJ Pharmacist License Active NJ Immunization License PharmD or Bachelor's in Pharmacy Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail Excellent communication and time management skills Prior retail pharmacy experience preferred Schedule Full-time Monday to
