Category Pharmacy-Pharmacist in Charge Job Type Per Diem A medical supply company requires a licensed pharmacist to serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) for shipping products to Montana. This per diem role involves approximately 1 hour of work per week on an ongoing contract basis. The position allows flexibility and can accommodate a pharmacist holding an active license from any U.S. state.
Location:
Plainfield, NJ (remote oversight for Montana shipments)
Hours:
Approximately 1 hour per week Flexible scheduling
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge to comply with mail order pharmacy licensing requirements Ensure accurate documentation, recordkeeping, and labeling for shipments to Montana patients Verify identification of Montana patients and the legend products dispensed to them Maintain regulatory compliance according to the Board of Pharmacy guidance Function independently without requirement for full-time employment with the company
Required Qualifications:
Active, clear pharmacist license from any U.S. state Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance for mail order pharmacies Ability to manage documentation and oversight responsibilities remotely Strong attention to detail and organizational skills This role suits pharmacists looking for a part-time commitment with a flexible schedule, providing professional oversight without full-time employment obligations.
