Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A hospital pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist (or those eligible for a temporary New Mexico license) to support inpatient services in Caballo, NM. Caballo, NM Schedule:
10-hour day shifts, full-time availability required
Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders and ensure accuracy Supervise pharmacy technicians and oversee daily workflow Respond promptly to pharmacy-related queries from healthcare staff Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic drug monitoring Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Qualifications and Experience:
Active New Mexico pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain a temporary license Proven inpatient hospital pharmacy experience Strong knowledge of medication order verification and pharmacokinetics Ability to supervise and lead pharmacy support staff effectively Excellent communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams Full-time availability for the duration of the assignment
